The standard delivery time (InPost delivery, DPD) is from 2 to 6 working days from the moment of confirmation of receipt of the order.


Are deliveries abroad possible?

I returned the goods, when will I receive a refund?

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided us with proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. As acknowledgment of receipt, we send an e-mail in which we inform you about the number of items returned and the amount of the refund. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you do not incur any fees in connection with this return. Depending on your payment method, it may take 8 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear back in your credit card or bank account.
